If you have entered all the necessary details for your application, please read and accept the council's terms and conditions and then press the Submit Application button below.

You will be transferred to a Payment Gateway where you may securely enter your debit or credit card details to pay for your Residents Permit
If your payment is accepted, you will be e-mailed an acknowledgment.

A permit will only be issued when all particulars and required documentation have been submitted and approved by the Council.

The Council has the right to request the return of a permit without refund.

Terms and conditions of use of the permit are outlined in the South Dublin County Council (Control Of Parking) Bye Laws, 2010.

A permit is not transferable:

  1. Where the applicant has moved residence a new application must be made and will be subject to the full fee.
  2. Where the applicant has changed vehicle a ‘change of vehicle application’ must be made and a permit will be issued free of charge.

In the case of rental properties where the agreement expires before the normal term of a permit i.e. 12 Months, the permit will be issued to the expiry date of the rental agreement subject to the full fee of €20.

Credit / Debit card information is not entered or retained on this web-site but is handled by Global Payments (www.globalpaymentsinc.com) the Council's Secure Online Payments Provider.

The Council will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
